This 1920 cottage is a block from the Coker Spring entrance to Hitchcock Woods and six blocks to downtown.

 

David's success as a Realtor can be traced to his background in art and history. The aesthetics and histories of fine homes have inspired David in his quest to seamlessly match people to property. His strong reputation in the field can be traced to his passionate involvment in the Aiken community.

In recent years, David has served on the Board of the Historic Aiken Foundation, tutored young people in Aiken County Public Schools, volunteered as a Patient Advocate at the local hospital, and donated time and money to Aiken and the Hitchcock Woods. David recently retired from an appointment by the Governor to the South Carolina Arts Commission.

Currently David serves on the Boards of the Free Medical Clinic of Aiken and the Aiken Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals (SPCA). In 207, David is co-chair of the Green Boundary Club's Winter Ball, chairman of the Katydid Combined Driving Event Sunday Brunch, and chairman of the Annual SPCA Aiken Easter Parade.
